Canyon Golf Market was developed as the first phase of the Lakeside Plaza complex. Our goal was to create an attractive market which serves as a community node readily accessible from the surrounding neighborhood, encouraging pedestrian and vehicular traffic through the site. Our design process included detailed site analysis to explore appropriate circulation schemes for multiple points of access, including grade transitions up to eight feet across the property. We leveraged our planning expertise to bring together a very dense mix of programs, serving as a neighborhood market, café, service center, and community landmark.
