DESIGN DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

CONCEPT DESIGN is coordinated during an initial Owner Programming Meeting to review and articulate your design intent, an Owner Review Meeting to present your Design Options, and a follow-up Owner Comment Meeting to identify changes to your Concept Designs.

1. We will prepare up to Site Layout Options based upon your Project Requirements, Existing Conditions, and Programming Meeting for your review and comment, followed by Concept Site Plan for use in further project development.
2. We will provide Standard Building Layout and prepare up to Additional Layout Options based upon your Programming Meeting and Site Layout Options for your review and comment, followed by Concept Floor Plan for use in further project development.
3. We will provide Standard Building Elevations and prepare up to Additional Elevation Options based upon your Project Requirements, Programming Meeting, and Building Layout Options for your review and comment, followed by Concept Elevation for use in further project development.
